Why are diamonds pending?
A child gets immediate encouragement, but only a grown-up’s task confirmation makes diamonds spendable. The waiting task remains visible. Opening a chest does not award a second payment.
Does a family reward require five consecutive days?
No. The parent chooses its diamond price. At the default 5 diamonds per approved task, a 15-diamond reward needs three tasks. Parents can enter their own promise under Parent space → Rewards and mark it given after delivering it.
Where is the new egg or introduction?
The original movie is first-use only. It does not repeat on a later launch. A grown-up can replay the three-tap hatch under Parent space → Profile. Do not clear storage just to see the introduction.
Where did the clothes go?
Clothes are replaced by furniture. A one-time migration refunds their recorded paid cost without adding fake lifetime earnings. Purchased room items and the parent PIN remain. Tap Home → My furniture to place the free plant or a bought item.
How does the day celebration work?
Today’s planned activities are saved at the first task check-in. The final planned activity triggers the child’s celebration, with adult review still pending. An entirely skipped day does not create a day reward. Missed days never remove furniture, diamonds or saved stories.
Why does it still say notifications are off?
Both the app and Android must permit them. The app cannot override an Android denial or blocked notification channel. Enable opens the appropriate permission/settings route; returning to the app refreshes the status. Disable stops reminders.
Can I switch from the test APK to Google Play?
These can have different signing certificates. A conflict does not mean your data is broken. Do not uninstall the only copy of a family’s data to force installation: there is no cloud restore. Use a separate device/profile for Play testing or resolve a deliberate transfer plan first.
What should I report?
The app version, device, Android version, language, large-text/reduced-motion setting and exactly what you tapped. The tester guide lists the most useful checks.
Little Steps supports family routines. It is not medical advice or a replacement for ADHD care.
A question, a problem or an idea?
Adult testers and parents can send feedback. Every form creates a private ticket so we can track it and follow up.
